Does anyone know who is responsible for the hole in the footpath on the left going towards High Lane near the railway bridge on th A6? it has been left now for about three weeks and even the drunks have stopped throwing the barriers about

I saw a Solutions SK vehicle working on this hole on wednesday it has now been filled in but the barriers have been left.
